About the Role
Kaamu City Hotel is seeking two enthusiastic, customer-focused, and professional Waitresses to join our hospitality team. The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring guests receive excellent dining service and a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve meals and drinks according to hotel standards.
- Prepare and set up dining areas before service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and service areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Process bills and payments where required.
- Work closely with kitchen and other hotel staff to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate in Hotel Management, Institutional Catering, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is an added advantage.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Smart appearance and professional conduct.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
